What we do

Randolph Legal Solutions represents California school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education in all areas related to student services, discipline, Title IX, and equity compliance. Representation and Defense

We provide representation in suspension and expulsion hearings, Title IX investigations, and appeals involving student discipline, bullying, and discrimination claims. Our firm also advises on Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) and responds to inquiries and investigations initiated by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the California Department of Education (CDE).

Policy and Governance

We work closely with superintendents, assistant superintendents, and governing boards to develop and implement policies that align with Education Code, Title IX, FERPA, and Section 504 requirements. This includes drafting and revising student conduct codes, anti-bullying policies, and non-discrimination procedures that reflect current legal standards and district priorities.
